SHIPPING

All of our products are made to order and manufactured at our partner facilities in several locations in the United States. Most all of our products are also personalized. Understandably, this requires more time to produce and ship, unlike "off the shelf" products that most of us are accustomed to. We prepare and submit your personalized order for production within 1 day of receipt. If you've ordered several different product types, they'll be shipped separately and as soon as completed. You'll receive a notification and tracking info when your item ships. Your patience is appreciated! The time for producing and shipping is reasonable for custom made items:

• Wrapped Canvas Art Prints: 3-8 business days
• Fleece Blankets: 2-5 business days
• Sherpa Fleece Blankets: Standard shipping 2-5 business days; Economy shipping 4-8 business days

CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDERS

Once you submit an order, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please be sure to double check all your entries before submitting your order. Quite often, orders may be placed into production within an hour or so of receipt, and many issues arise when attempting to stop the process.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

It's very rare that an item would arrive damaged, or that you would receive an incorrect item. If this should happen, please submit several detailed photos and a description of the issue, and submit to us at 1zodiaclane.com within 3 days of receiving the item. We'll get the issue resolved as soon as possible. We cannot offer returns or exchanges otherwise, since all products are custom and made to order.
